Fall is the time of year I have to make extra special efforts to not buy every new polish collection. This is my favorite time to year and it seems like every brand is putting out super beautiful polishes. The Fall 2016 release from Zoya, Focus & Flair, had some really beautiful polishes. While I am usually more attracted to creme polishes, I really like the metallics this time. There was only one, however, that I simply had to have: Cinnamon.
When Zoya recently ran their trade-in promotion, I picked up the lovely Cinnamon (and 5 of her older sisters). I am so excited by this color! It is a gorgeous, dark brown color metallic. I know that doesn’t sound that amazing written down – but this color is really fantastic! Check her out:

This polish makes me feel warm and cuddly! The metallic sheen gives this polish some amazing depth with almost honey-color highlights and dark chocolate depths. On top of that, the formula is really nice to work with. Opaque in two easy coats and while there are visible brush-strokes, they are barely noticeable, which is always a plus in a metallic polish.

Really… I cannot get over how much I love this polish! After I swatched it, I also did nail art, of course! I feel like I covered up too much of the original polish though.

I did a quick gradient using Cinnamon and Tropez Super Pearl – Sunset Pearl. I gave it a few minutes to dry and did some double stamping with a veined leaf stamp using M Polish – I Need a Vacation and Sweetclover and finished the mani with a coat of Seche Vite followed by a coat of NYC – Matte Me Crazy.

The macro is how the mani looked glossy and I didn’t like it so I decided to matte – however, I forgot to take a matte macro. Winning!
