Zoya Picks for Earth Day

Earth Day 2016 is quickly approaching – a time to take stock of the footprint you leave on the planet and what you can do to make things better. As a nail polish collector, disposing of unwanted nail polish can sometimes be a challenge. Advanced Stamping in Fall Tones

Advanced stamping chevron nails

Advanced stamping is one of those techniques that I have been in awe of for years, but for multiple reasons I had not managed to conquer it. My main problem was that I was trying to place dried decals on my nails and could never get them to lay down nicely because my nails curve quite a bit from side-to-side as well as front-to-back. I finally found the way to do it that works best for me and I am super pleased with the results!

Fall is the time of year I have to make extra special efforts to not buy every new polish collection. This is my favorite time to year and it seems like every brand is putting out super beautiful polishes. The Fall 2016 release from Zoya, Focus & Flair, had some really beautiful polishes. While I am usually more attracted to creme polishes, I really like the metallics this time. There was only one, however, that I simply had to have: Cinnamon.
