On and off, you can find a couple of different Butter London polished sold as Add On items for $3.00/bottle, which is a pretty tremendous price. One of these that I grabbed recently was Butter London – Two Fingered Salute. It’s a really unusual color! It’s a dusty green color with lots of copper shimmer embedded in it. It reminds me of weathered copper!

#npclairestelle8 Day 12: Orange and Black

I’m not sure what it is about orange and black together, but I love the color combination. Maybe it is the contrast, or the feeling that fall is in the air. Maybe it is a subconscious reaction leftover from childhood when the two colors together were a symbol of huge quantities of candy being in my near future. Not sure! But they just work so well! The prompt for Day 12 of #npclairestelle8 was Orange and Black. Unfortunately, I didn’t really have a clear vision of what I wanted to do for this manicure, so it ended up being a bit of a hodge-podge.

#npclairestelle8 - Leaves of Fall

Our prompt for day 10 is Leaves of Fall – right up my alley! I went with softer shades of color for this, because I wanted it to reflect my locale (still green for the most part) and because I love these colors together! Although it is hard to tell in the pictures (its’ a bit more obvious in the first), the base is a subtle green, brown and gold gradient – more obvious in real-life with a bit of holographic shine from the Trustafarian base.
