Are you ready for Halloween? I am! It is my favorite holiday of the year and I love doing themed manis and I am going to try to have a new nail art design up every other day!
Hey there! Nail It! Magazine has posted their latest submission prompts on their site and I have been thinking up ideas and working on manis. Obviously, today’s mani is the result of their matte prompt! I decided to tackle it by using some untried polishes!
I was determined to design a cute bunny for Easter nails! Unsurprisingly, I had to try several different ideas out before I made a bunny I was happy with and I ended up really loving how this mani came out and it was totally easy to do!

After my creepy clown manicure, I wanted to do something a bit more lighthearted and fun with traditional Halloween colors. As always, I am a huge fan of pattern, so I included dots and chevrons!
Another challenge mani out of the way – about halfway through my challenges now! I’ll admit that I wasn’t feeling very inspired on this one, but I love how it came out anyway!
I was convinced by @thedotcouture that now is prime time to start on Halloween manis! I started off simple with a gradient of orange and black:
The prompt for Day 19 of the September Nail Art Challenge was Negative Space. This is such a versatile technique and there are so many possibilities! I ended up going with something relatively simple this time.
