I’ve been doing stamped manicures like crazy lately, I really need to do something else, but I am totally loving how they are turning out. Here’s another one – using a mix of polish finishes to dry brush.
This mani started off with two coats of ILNP – Fall Semester (see link for my original review and swatches), a simply fantastic teal holographic polish. I then used ILNP Electric Carnival and dry brushed glitter onto each nail near the cuticle. I did the same thing with OPI – Love.Angel.Music.Baby and dry brushed a small amount near the top of each nail.
Once the base was dry, I used Funky Fingers – Dark Knight and Pet’la – Peacock plate and stamped the same pattern over each nail. I topped them all with a coat of Seche Vite to finish it off.

I loved how these came out – but I wasn’t quite finished! I was recently inspired by a mani created by @acidicice where she chose a particular stamping pattern precisely because of the possibilities for using little caviar beads. I totally took a page from that book for this mani – the only problem was my follow through. I topcoated and started carefull applying the caviar – but got totally sick of it after two nails LOL – So let’s just pretend these are simply accent nails!

POLISHES:
- Essie – Grow Stronger Base Coat
- ILNP – Fall Semester
- ILNP – Electric Carnival
- OPI – Love.Angel.Music.Baby
- Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
- Pet’la – Peacock
I pretty much adore how these came out, though I do wish (in retrospect) that I hadn’t stamped my pinky and pointer, since I didn’t follow through on applying the caviar beads to all nails. 😉
These turned out awesome!! In your defence, my pattern required a lot less beads 😉 Thanks so much for the link love!
Gorgeous! And I love the addition of the caviar beads.
