Make Me Cosmetics Collection: Swatch and Review Part 4

Welcome back once again! Finally we are on the fourth and final part of this review! I’ll cover the last five polishes I have to share with you and give my overall picks.
I hope you are ready for part three of my Make Me Cosmetics Collection review. Today I am tackling pinks and purples (and one blue shade).
Welcome back! Today I will be showcasing swatches from part two of my Make Me Cosmetics Collection review. On the menu today are the oranges and reds and I’m quite excited about these colors!
As you may know, creme polishes are my first love. I’m a bit obsessed with metallics right now, but cremes are still what I reach for a majority of the time when I am planning to do nail art. I was really excited when my swatch package arrived from indy brand Make Me Cosmetics Collections, because it was filled with gorgeously vivid creme polishes! The whole collection is striking and I can’t wait to show you!
It doesn’t get that cold in my part of the US, but it does get chilly and often quite rainy – the combination leaves me longing for Spring. Of course I have to translate that desire into nail art 🙂
This is one of those manis that I did in a rush without much in the way of planning. I’ve pretty much decided that you just cannot go wrong with random dry brushing. Read on to see how it turned out!
OPI recently released their New Orleans collection and while I was a bit disappointed (where are the metallics!?) I did fall in love with one of them and brought it home to live with me. Check out my review after the break 🙂
Hello, lovelies! Today I have some great product from Londontown to review. I was aware of the brand, having read some reviews for them on some of my favorite blogs and I was really excited to try them out myself. I have four really nice creme polishes, a great fast-drying topcoat and an enigmatic bottle of Instant Smudge Fix (sounds like elven magic, right?) Read on to get my take on these brands and to get up more closely and personally than you ever needed to be to a smudged nail!
Today I am featuring another manicure using water slide decals from Born Pretty Store. These were sent to me for review and since I don’t wear blue often, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do with them, so they got put off for a while. I actually did this design before Valentine’s day, but didn’t manage to get them posted to IG or here and then I got sick so it got put off even longer. My goal was to show that these kinds of decals can be really versatile with a bit of outside of the box thinking!
My local Walgreens sucks for Sinful Colors. They hardly get any of the small collection displays, which makes it pretty frustrating when I am trying to get my grubby paws on new polish. I finally found a couple of the displays (Love Bites and Live in Color) after some searching, but ended up being pretty underwhelmed by the new colors. The Love Bites display only had one new polish, but there were a couple of pinks I didn’t have. I only picked up one color from the Live in Color selection, since I found them a bit underwhelming.
