Yes, I am a bit behind! We’ve had a lot going on here lately and I am way behind on my nails. Today I am talking a bit about the simple Mother’s Day mani I did – I was so happy with this one that I ended up wearing it several days. 🙂
My base for these nails was Fresh Paint – Glastonberry. I’m such a huge fan of this polish! The formula is fantastic and I adore the color with my skin tone. I don’t, as a general rule, go for purples that much, but I keep finding myself reaching for this one. I used two coats and then added a coat of Seche Vite.
Once they were fairly dry, I chose to just do a simple stamp. I wanted to go floral and chose a really fine pattern from my Bundle Monster BM-XL07 plate and used M Polish – Snowberry, a shimmery white polish that you can see a full review of here. I added another coat of Seche Vite to finish off the mani.
- Essie – Grow Stronger Base Coat
- Fresh Paint – Glastonberry
- M Polish – Snowberry
- Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
I love this mani so much! The shimmery nature of Snowberry gives a very feminine feel to the mani that wouldn’t be there with a start white stamp and I love how well it works with even very fine lines like the ones in this image.
