Dotticures really appeal to me – largely because dotting is one of the first techniques I tried, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I often go back to it when I don’t really have any other ideas in mind. Mani autopilot!

I knew I wanted a brown base, but I also wanted multi-color dots, so I picked out several polishes in good fall colors. I applied two coats of my brown (Zoya – Chanelle from their Naturel Deux collection) and then began dotting. I used one of my large dotting tool and I worked one row at the time to help me maintain consistency on all of my nails – I wanted the dotting pattern on each nail to be the same. Totally happy with this mix of colors and the way my dots turned out.
POLISHES:
- Essie – Grow Stronger Base Coat
- Zoya – Chanelle
- Zoya – Pandora
- Sinful Colors – Mint Apple
- Sinful Colors – Bananappeal
- OPI – Don’t Talk Bach to Me
- Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
This ended up being one of my favorite manis I have done this fall so far!
