Have you tried this kind of clear stamping head yet? Aside from the obvious ability to see your placement more easily, these neat stampers have some other advantages as well. LadyQueen.com sent me their clear stamper for review and I ran it through the wringer!
Blue Water Slide Decal Mani with Heart Accent
Today I am featuring another manicure using water slide decals from Born Pretty Store. These were sent to me for review and since I don’t wear blue often, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do with them, so they got put off for a while. I actually did this design before Valentine’s day, but didn’t manage to get them posted to IG or here and then I got sick so it got put off even longer. My goal was to show that these kinds of decals can be really versatile with a bit of outside of the box thinking!
Mermaid Scale Nail Sticker Review and Nail Art
Nail vinyls and stickers have become one of the major tools of the trade for doing manis. I’ve tried vinyls from quite a few brands and always enjoy using them, so I was excited to get to review some really fun mermaid scale stickers from Born Pretty Store.
Trust Fund Beauty – Champagne Problems; Swatch and Review Plus Valentine Nail Art
The Allure Beauty Box is one of my monthly treats. There hasn’t been a month yet where I didn’t get at least 2-3 products that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately (and I tell them every time they give me a survey) they do not include enough nail polish! It’s been months since the last polish (Butter London – The Sweet Spot). Luckily they managed to stave off my cancellation a bit longer with the inclusion of Trust Fund Beauty – Champagne Problems! Continue reading
Stamped Multi-chrome Goodness!
It’s no secret that I have major lust for any multi-chrome polish. I find them enthralling (more-so than holo even) and eventually I want all of them. Perhaps you can understand how bombastically thrilled I was to receive a bottle of ILNP – Sirene from my Secret Santa swap? Of course I had to put it right on!
Chevron Striping Tape Mani
Recently when browsing Born Pretty Store, I saw that they now offered chevron striping tape. I’m a huge fan of chevron nail styles, so I went ahead and picked up a roll to try out. This is the first mani I’ve use them on!
Advanced Stamping in Fall Tones
Advanced stamping is one of those techniques that I have been in awe of for years, but for multiple reasons I had not managed to conquer it. My main problem was that I was trying to place dried decals on my nails and could never get them to lay down nicely because my nails curve quite a bit from side-to-side as well as front-to-back. I finally found the way to do it that works best for me and I am super pleased with the results!
Fiery Metallic Gradient with Stamping
I’ve been doing a lot of swatches lately, but have neglected to do posts about nail art and I really want to get back to that. Today’s mani was done for my Mommy’s Mani Monday group for the prompt: Favorite Technique.
Mani Madness – Halloween Nail Design Round-up #1
That is correct, this is round up 1 of probably 2-3 because I plan on continuing to do a ton of Halloween and fall-themed nail designs for October. I’m following three different challenges and while I probably will not get all of those prompts done, it gives me a lot of options to choose from.
Mani Roundup – Late Summer Variety
I’ve done quite a few manis lately that I haven’t done posts for so I decided to throw them all together in one place. 🙂
