Okay, so I don’t think there is anything untried about this mani. I was just in the mood for some really bright, non-winter nails. I’m okay with it!
I was in a bit of a funk and I wanted my nails to be bright and cheerful. I chose lots of bright colors to work with and went to town:

I started off with painting two coats of Sally Hansen – Pink Coconut on my pointer and pink nails. Then I painted two coats of Barielle – Going to the Chapel on my middle and ring nails. I applied one coat of Seche Vite to help with the drying time.
Once they were dry, I dotted the pink nails with white and set about doing the florals. I used me fine liner brush to paint on the flowers – I didn’t have much of a plan in mind, so I just kind of doodled whatever came to mind.
Once I was done, I topped everything with Seche Vite and once that was dry, a coat of matte top coat.
POLISHES:
- Essie – Grow Stronger
- Barielle – Going to the Chapel
- Sally Hansen – Pink Coconut
- Sally Hansen – Coral Reef
- Sally Hansen – Sun Kissed
- Nicole by OPI – Sweet on Pete
- Funky Fingers – Bizerk Turq
- Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
- NYC – Matte Me Crazy Top Coat
I loved this mani and it really helped brighten my day! There are a lot of colors involved, but I could have simplified it pretty easily. I wish I had gone into the floral details with a bit more of a plan, but I still think it turned out good.
