Another double-duty mani! This one is for the @nailpromote Halloween challenge Day 3: Skulls and Bones and my BHB Thursday Challenge: Art over Technique.
For this mani, I did a jelly sandwich using an orange frankenjelly I made months ago. I applied 2 coats then a layer of my glitter and one more layer of the orange. I used a medium length striping brush to paint on the skeleton. My original plan was to do a couple of little skeletons, but I just couldn’t manage to paint them small enough, so I used this method instead. 🙂
- Essie – Grow Stronger Base Coat
- Orange frankenjelly
- Pure Ice – Hit the Floor
- Sinful Colors – Black on Black
- Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
This was fun to do! My daughter was especially excited to watch me practice making tiny skeletons on paper before I actually attempted this on my nails. Looking forward to more Halloween manicures this month!
