The temperatures in my area are starting to hit the low 100’s. I just can’t with those types of temperatures – so I am still channeling Fall, and the onset of cool weather – it’s not super helpful, but it’s a nice change of pace from brighter manicures.
I started this mani off by painting on one coat of KB Shimmer – In Bare Form, a lovely nude holographic polish, and gave it a few minutes to dry. Then, I used a non-latex makeup sponge to create a gradient using In Bare Form and Aurora Lacquers – Plum Delight. These polishes both take a bit to build up, but the effect is totally worth it and makes a really good gradient. I topcoate all of my nails with Seche Vite and let it dry completely.
I almost kept my nails unstamped – partly because lazy and partly because it was very pretty on its’ own lol! I really wanted to accent nails though, so out came my Funky Fingers – Dark Knight polish and MoYou London Pro XL 03 plate. I stamped my index and middle nails with the same floral pattern and then top-coated them one last time to seal it in.
Of course, you know I had to take some macro shots, since it was sparkly!

I really love how this came out – I love gradients that are dark on the end and light toward the cuticle – add in holographic beauty on top of that and I am sold! I’m also really sold on how well Black Knight stamps. I’d bought it from five below months ago, but wanted to use up the goopy bottle of Sinful Colors – Black on Black that I normally use. I am sorry that I waited! This stamps so opaque and clear – and the price is totally right at 3/$5.
